The theme for August.

Our theme for this month is "Heat Wave Cool Down". Now in much of the US there has been heat waving going on. So to help us survive the heat wave we need to get into the right mindset- winter. If we think cold maybe we will get cool :o)If where you are is not hot maybe you can go to our message forum and give the rest of us some ideas on how to stay cool. Stay cool and drink lots of water!
